The Air Advise Monitor will constantly monitor the air in your home and measure the amount of particulates, dust, humidity, carbon monoxide and VOC's (chemicals) in your air. We then download the information via the Internet to a service that will provide hour by hour statistics on the various levels of contaminants in your air. By evaluating this information we can recommend the product that will produce the best results for you and your family. Duct Cleaning

A hidden culprit may be in your duct work - dust, dust, dust! A common place for dust to accumulate is in your duct work. You see, when the furnace or air conditioner is operating all of the air in your home needs to go into your return air vents to make it back to your furnace/air conditioning system to be heated or cooled. While the air is traveling through the ducts much of the dust will be setting in the duct work before it makes it back to the filter.

Dirty ducts account for many product performance issues.  Low airflow, overheated furnace, air conditioning system icing up and excessive dust in the house.

At Manwill our duct cleaning system consists of a LARGE gas powered trailer mounted vacuum. The actual blower wheel on the vacuum is close to 3 feet in diameter and provides a WHOPPING 12,000 CFM of air vacuum! Far superior system to the many "portable" systems used by our competition.

Our technicians connect the large 8" vacuum hoses to the ductwork near your furnace, start up the vacuum and while the vacuum is running they send an air hose with a special attachment down each supply and return duct to loosen any dust that may be caught on screws, joints, etc. This is the most thorough cleaning available without actually removing and hand wiping the ductwork. Depending on the size of your system, to do a thorough cleaning it will take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.
