Manwill has been in business since 1920, and is the winner of the honored Angie’s List Super Service Award 7 full times, and the Utah “Best of State” award 5 times. When you go with Manwill for home comfort, you know you are going with the best.
If you need a plumber, as part of their plumbing services, Manwill has a 24 hour emergency plumber available 7 days per week. But not only are we there for emergencies, we are there for all of your big and small jobs alike. For example, toilet repair, faucets, clogged drains and lines, are just a few of the services we offer. We will even service boilers, install reverse osmosis systems and take care of water heater replacement or do a new water heater installation. And because Vearl Manwill, our founder, believed that innovation was one of the hallmarks of his business, we even install the newest tankless water heaters too.
Make Your Cooling Dollar Go Further Than It Ever
What would a comfortable home be without a high efficiency HVAC system, and Manwill has you covered there. As HVAC contractors our HVAC service technicians can install and service a variety of furnaces, from two-stage models, variable speed units and even the newest modulating ones too. We will size your system to what works best for the interior area of your home, and our high efficiency SEER rated central air conditioning units, while using environmentally safe refrigerants, will make your cooling dollar go further than it ever has before.
What would innovation be without going solar, and our solar water heating systems use the finest Lennox components for quality and durability that you can rely on. Solar is the best way to save money on your hot water energy bill every time you use hot water.

First settled in 1847 with John Hollady being in the original party, and where the name of the city comes from, and it is the oldest continuously inhabited city in Utah. The first enclosed mall in Utah was constructed in Holladay during 1962, and was abandoned and torn down in 2008.
