Count on Manwill
Our plumbing services are known far and wide, but you can also count on Manwill to provide HVAC services, air conditioning service, water heater replacement and even solar hot water systems. Our certified and licensed technicians and installers know your plumbing, heating and cooling inside and out, making us West Jordan’s best HVAC contractor. We feature 24 hour emergency service, 7 days per week, so you’ll never be left out in the cold of winter or the heat of summer.
We pride ourselves on being an Angie’s List Super Service Award Winner, 7 times, and the Utah “Best of State” award, 5 times. We have been around since 1920, so you know we are not a fly-by-night business. Customer satisfaction is our main goal while making sure your house or home is properly fitted with the most energy efficient furnace, air conditioner or solar hot water heater available. When you need HVAC service, we are there for you.
Available at a Price That You Can Afford
Manwill began as a plumbing business, and if you need a plumber, even an emergency plumber, we are the one to call. From setting pipes to unclogging drains, bath remodels to hot water heater replacement, and that includes tankless water heaters too, we are your “go to” plumbing services company.
We bring that same dedication to HVAC systems, both furnaces and air conditioning service, that we bring to plumbing. We will calculate your heating and cooling needs by the size of your home, so that you will get the most efficient unit available at a price that you can afford.
Of course, the new wave in energy efficiency and sustainability means going solar, and as a solar energy equipment supplier, our certified solar installers can open up new possibilities for your hot water supplies, while saving you money on every energy bill.
West Jordan was named after the Jordan River by its Mormon settlers who arrived in Salt Lake Valley in 1847 with their prophet, Brigham Young. They believed the area to be their Holy Land and named the river west of their settlement in homage to the River Jordan in Israel. The city limits begin on the river’s western bank and end in the eastern foothills of the Oquirrh Mountains and home of the Bingham Canyon Mine. Known more commonly among locals as the Kennecott Copper Mine it is the world’s largest man-made excavation.
Our founder, Vearl Manwill, was a plumber by trade but an innovator by heart. He saw a future as a plumber that he passed on to his son and grandson, and they saw a future that involved all aspects of home living comfort, from heating to air conditioning and even solar. That Manwill legacy of innovation still lives on West Jordan.
